If you are having trouble logging in to your account, please first make sure that you are using the same login method you originally used to create your account or purchase your subscription.
For example, if you signed up using Apple or Google login, you will need to continue using the same Apple ID or Google account to access your existing account. Using a different login method may unintentionally create a new account instead.
Please also double-check that your email address and password are entered correctly. Make sure there are no typos, extra spaces, or capitalization issues, as passwords are case-sensitive.
If you cannot remember your password, you can use the “Forgot Password” option available on the login screen. After requesting a password reset, please allow a few minutes for the email to arrive and be sure to check
your Spam or Junk folder as well.
In some cases, simply restarting the app after logging in or resetting your password can help refresh your session and resolve temporary login issues.
Additionally, we recommend ensuring that you are using the latest version. Older app versions may occasionally cause login or account-related issues.
