I can’t access my subscription. What should I do?

If you have an active subscription but can’t access the premium content in the app, it’s usually due to logging in with a different email address than the one used at the time of purchase. Here’s how you can check and resolve the issue:

Step 1: Check your login email

  • Open the Wiser app

  • Go to the Profile section

  • Tap the gear icon (settings)

  • Look at the email listed on your account

    If this email is not the one you used during registration or payment, please log out and follow the steps below to log in with the correct email:

On Android devices:

  • Tap Log out

  • On the welcome screen, tap Login with email

  • Enter the email address linked to your Wiser subscription and your password

  • Restart the app


On Apple devices:

  • Tap Log out

  • On the welcome screen, tap the Email icon

  • Enter your email and password

  • Restart the app

    Forgot your password?

Tap on ‘Forgot Password?’ on the login screen to reset it. Please make sure to check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see the reset email in your inbox within a few minutes.

Also, make sure you choose ‘I already have an account? Sign in’ when logging in — creating a new account won’t restore your subscription.
