If you purchased your Wiser subscription through the App Store or Google Play Store, make sure you log in using the same account that was used to complete the purchase.
To log in:
Open the Wiser app.
Tap Continue with Apple or Continue with Google.
Select the same Apple ID or Google account that was used when you purchased your subscription.
If you used Apple’s Hide My Email feature when subscribing, make sure you sign in with the same Apple ID that was linked to the original purchase.
Using the correct account ensures your subscription and progress sync properly across your devices.
