How to log in to the app with email

Updated over 2 weeks ago

If you created your Wiser account using an email address (instead of Apple or Google sign-in), you can log in with your email and password by following the steps below. This will ensure that your progress, saved books, and Premium access are correctly synced.

General steps:

  1. Open Wiser app

  2. Go to the Profile section

  3. Tap the gear icon in the top-right corner of the screen

  4. Tap “Log in”

    • If you’re already logged in and want to switch accounts, first tap “Log out”

Select the “Log in with email” option

Enter your email address and password

Tap “Log in”
Restart the app to ensure your session is fully active

On Android devices:

  • After launching the app, scroll to the bottom of the welcome screen

  • Tap “Log in with email”

  • Enter the email and password associated with your Wiser account

  • Tap “Log in”

  • If you forgot your password, select “Forgot my password” under the login fields and follow the reset instructions

Once logged in, restart the app to sync your data

On iOS devices:

  • Open the app and scroll down on the welcome screen

  • Tap the Email icon

  • Then select “Log in with email” from the upper-left corner

  • Enter your Wiser account’s email and password

  • Tap “Log in”

  • If needed, tap “Forgot my password” to reset it

Restart the app after logging in to ensure everything loads properly

Forgot your password?

You can reset it directly within the app or by visiting this link:

Make sure to check your spam or junk folder if the reset email doesn’t appear in your inbox.

Important:

  • Always log in using the same email address you used when subscribing or signing up

  • Logging in with a different email will result in a separate account with no access to your existing data or subscription

  • Restarting the app after login helps ensure your session is fully refreshed

By logging in with email, you ensure that your reading history, saved insights, and Premium features stay with you — across any device.
