How can I cancel my subscription?

We’re really sorry to hear that you’re considering a refund. Our team is here to support you, and we’ll do our best to make the process as smooth as possible. Please follow the steps below, depending on where you made your purchase:

  • If you purchased through the App Store (Apple): Go to your device’s settings, tap your Apple ID, select "Subscriptions," find Wiser, and tap "Cancel Subscription."

  • If you purchased through Google Play: Open the Google Play Store, go to "Subscriptions," select Wiser, and choose "Cancel."

  • If you purchased through the Wiser website: Log into your account at wiserapp.co. If you’ve forgotten your password, use the “Forgot Password” button to reset it. Once logged in, click “Cancel your subscription” and follow the steps to cancel. After canceling, you’ll continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
