If your active subscription isn’t recognized automatically by the Wiser app, you can manually restore it by following the steps below.
On iOS devices:
Open the Wiser app
Tap the Settings icon (gear) in the top-right corner
Scroll down and tap “Restore Purchases”
On Android devices:
Open the Wiser app
Tap the Settings icon (gear) in the top-right corner
Scroll down and tap “Restore Purchases”
Important: The restore function only works for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play Store.
If you purchased your subscription via the Wiser website, it will not appear using this option. Web-based purchases are automatically linked to your email and become active when you log in with the correct account.
