You can change your Wiser account password through the website only. This feature is not available in the mobile app.
Here’s how to do it:
Go to the Wiser website and log into your account
Click on your Account menu in the top-right corner
Select Settings
Click “Change Password”
Enter your current password and your new password, then confirm
Click “Change”
Once your password has been updated, you’ll see a confirmation message.
Need a reset instead?
If you forgot your password and need a new one, you can request a reset here.
Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if the email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes.
