If you cancelled your free trial before it ended, no charges will be made, and your Premium access will automatically expire when the trial period ends.
Please note: free trials can only be used once per App Store or Google Play account. If you try to start a new trial after cancelling, it may result in an immediate charge based on the selected plan.
If you subscribed via the Wiser website:
You can reactivate your subscription at any time by going to your Account Settings and selecting a new plan.
If you subscribed via the App Store or Google Play:
You can reactivate your subscription through your device’s store settings:
On iOS: Go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions, find Wiser, and select a new plan
On Android: Open the Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, then choose Wiser and resubscribe
Once reactivated, your Premium access will begin immediately. Make sure to cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing date if you don’t want the subscription to renew automatically.
