Why was I charged during a free trial?

There are a couple of common reasons why you may have been charged during what you expected to be a free trial:

1. Selected plan didn’t include a trial

Not all subscription plans come with a free trial. If you chose a plan without one, the charge is applied immediately upon confirmation. Always review the plan details shown on the paywall before completing your purchase.

2. Trial was not canceled in time

Wiser’s free trials automatically convert into paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period. To avoid being charged, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Canceling on the last day may still result in a charge, as the app store begins processing renewals in advance.
