If you’re having trouble accessing your DaVinci account, try the steps below:
Check your sign-in method
Make sure you’re using the same method you used when creating your account. For example, if you signed up with Google, signing in with email or another provider may not find your account.Check your email sign-in
If you use email sign-in, request a new verification code from the login screen and enter the latest code sent to your inbox.
If you don’t receive the code, check your spam or junk folder and confirm that your email address was entered correctly.
If your account uses a password and you forgot it, select Forgot password? to reset it.
Use the correct provider
If you signed up with Google, Apple, or Microsoft, continue signing in through that provider. Your password is managed by them, not DaVinci.Try refreshing your session
Refresh the page and make sure you have a stable internet connection. You can also try using a private/incognito browser window.
